Sambandh Health Foundation (SHF), is a non-profit organisation, established in August 2011. It works in an area of Public Health and Mental Health. 

The Board of Trustees and the Advisory Board include highly experienced professionals from IIM-A/IIT and internationaly known scientist, socoiologist in Mental Health, an academician, experiential experts of Mental illness and renowned doctors.

Based out of Gurugram, Haryana, Sambandh has projects running in various states – specializes in Digital Program Implementation (DPI), Artificial Intelligence (AI), communications, behavioural insight, anthropology, train-learn and understanding of existing government systems & structures to bring real behavioural change in the target groups. 

In the Public Health vertical, the core ethos lies in a powerful philosophy – ‘working smart’ to amplify the impact of every effort. SHF is funded by State Governments and well-known organizations. Our digital approach has been acknowledged as a ‘Best Practice’ by the Government of India. Sambandh has won the SKOCH Award in Gold Category for its pathbreaking ‘Digital-First Solution for Public Health Delivery’ in 2025.    

Mental Health vertical works in Gurugram city and adjacent villages, in collabration with District Mental Health Programme (DMHP) team, through its recovery focus community mental health programmes, empowering people living with mental illness, families and communities.
